Why We Need You
As we scale, we’re looking for a creative visionary to bring all things brand, content, and visual storytelling in-house — shaping a cohesive, compelling experience across every touchpoint.
This is a creatively led, consumer-focused role ideal for someone with a background in creative direction or brand leadership. You’ll own and elevate the way we show up in the world — from our visual identity and campaigns to how we communicate with our investors and community across web, social, email, and events.
You should love building beautiful, high-impact brand experiences, and be as comfortable leading a shoot or refining a visual concept as you are editing a headline or launching a merch drop. If you’ve worked in mission-driven brands, real estate, or consumer fintech, and want to make your creative mark on a movement, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own & Elevate the Brand – Lead the development and evolution of our brand’s look, feel, and voice across every channel and touchpoint.
- Creative Direction Across Channels – Bring creative vision to our social, website, email, investor materials, merchandise, events, and physical spaces.
- Campaigns & Content – Concept, create, and execute campaigns that emotionally connect with our retail investors and broader community.
- Build & Lead a Creative Team – Recruit, manage, and mentor designers, writers, freelancers, and creative partners to produce exceptional work.
- Oversee Production & Execution – From photoshoots and brand videos to investor decks and swag, ensure a polished, consistent experience.
- Protect & Push the Brand – Keep us aligned with our values and purpose, while evolving the brand to meet new moments and audiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing to maintain a unified visual and verbal identity.
- Track Engagement & Iterate – Use creative instinct and data to refine and evolve our brand presence.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in brand, creative, or content leadership roles with strong visual and creative execution
- Experience leading or operating as a creative director or head of design/content
- A portfolio that shows excellence in multi-channel brand campaigns and design systems
- Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional creative teams and vendors
- Familiarity with brand tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Webflow, Canva, etc.)
- Bonus: experience in real estate, fintech, or purpose-driven brands
